On Monday all of the year 7's and 8's went to Orana Wildlife park. We went there because of our hauroa Kete. We got put into groups of around about 20 people then once we knew what group we were in and who we were with, we left and that was at around 9:15 when we got on the bus. When we got there we had something to eat then we looked around and the first animal we looked at was the cheetahs they are very fast. My favourite animal that we saw was the gorillas they were so cool and very big and so heavy. Another animal that we got to see that was really cool and tall was the giraffe I love giraffes, but we didn't get to fed them because they weren't hungry. Also luckily it was a nice sunny and warm day which was great. I really enjoyed going to Orana Wildlife Park and my favourite part was seeing the gorillas.
