Today on Monday all of the year seven cohort went and gathered in 7Sh, we watched a movie called The Lorax. We watched this movie because we are doing a new kete. For our new kete we are going to be learning about sustainability and the Lorax movie is connected to sustainability.
I think that the big Idea of the movie is to not cut down all of the trees and to think before you do something stupid because it is not good for your environment and others. The author was trying to make you think about what the effects are of cutting down all the trees because it doesn't just effect yourself it effects the people around you as well.
Overall I really enjoyed watching this movie today because I hadn't seen it before and I liked the message in the movie saying that you should just go and cut down all the trees. But now I know that it is not good to just go and do something without asking first because its very bad for your environment.
