Today we have been learning about goal setting, at first we had to watch 2 videos about goal setting and we learnt what SMART stands for and it stands for Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Timely.
Goals are important because….. It helps you after when you want to achieve something
Early on life and you will get no where not planning anything in your life.

M- Measurable
A- Achievable
R- Realistic
T- Timely
Social Goal
